摘　　要：本文阐述了大型水轮发电机组转子磁轭冲片的产品特点,介绍了激光清洗、超声波清洗、水清洗三种清洁方法,对三种清洁方式的优缺点进行了对比说明。经综合考虑选择了最适合的喷淋辊刷清洗技术,并经过不断的试验、分析和工艺改进,解决了生产过程中面临的诸多难题,优化了清洁工艺,保证了产品质量,降低了生产成本。In this paper,the product characteristics of magnetic yoke punching sheet for rotor of large hydrogenerator set is expounded,with three cleaning methods:laser cleaning,ultrasonic cleaning and water cleaning introduced.In which,the advantages and disadvantages of the three cleaning methods are compared and explained.After comprehensive consideration,the most suitable spray roll brush cleaning technology is selected.Through continuous testing,analysis and process improvement,many problems faced in the production process have been solved,the cleaning process optimized,the product quality guaranteed and the production cost reduced.
