摘　　要：目的 探讨封闭式负压引流(VSD)联合植皮修复在糖尿病足溃疡创面修复中的应用观察。方法 选取我院2020年12月~2021年12月收治的糖尿病足感染需植皮患者78例,采用随机抽签法分为对照组和实验组,各39例。对照组行清创手术联合传统敷料换药进行治疗,实验组行清创手术联合VSD进行治疗。比较两组创面愈合时间与平均换药次数、治疗后第14d时创面修复有效率及创面组织恢复时间及痊愈时间。结果 治疗后,实验组创面修复有效率为94.87%,对照组84.61%(P <0.05);实验组创面愈合时间较对照组缩短,平均换药次数少于对照组(P <0.05);实验组创面恢复时间及痊愈时间均小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 VSD联合植皮修复在糖尿病足溃疡创面修复中效果显著,能够显著缩短患者创面愈合时间,临床应用价值高。Objective To explore the application of vacuum sealing drainage(VSD)combined with skin grafting in the repair of diabetic foot ulcer wound.Methods 78 patients with diabetic foot infection requiring skin grafting admitted to our hospital from December 2020 to December 2021 were selected and divided into control group and experimental group by the random lottery method,with 39 cases in each group.The control group was given surgical debridement combined with traditional wound dressing change,while the experimental group was treated with surgical debridement combined with VSD.The wound healing time and average number of dressing changes,effective rate of wound repair,recovery time of wound tssue and cure time on the 14th day after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the effective rate of wound repair in experimental group was 94.87%and that in the control group was 84.61%(P<0.05).The wound healing time in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group,and the average dressing changes was less than that in the control group(P<0.05).The wound recovery time and cure time in the experimental group after treatment were shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion VSD combined with skin grafting can significantly shorten the wound healing time of patients with diabetic foot ulcers,and has high clinical application value.
