摘　　要：目的 分析血清样本低温复苏对血清蛋白质类指标及酶类指标稳定性的影响。方法 收集2022年7月~2022年10月于我院住院的94例患者血液样本。以随机数字表法进行分组,观察组和对照组各47例。观察组给予低温复苏,对照组给予常温复苏。比较两组蛋白质类指标、酶类、脂类指标标准值与检测值。结果 两组TP、ALB、GLB、Cys-C的标准值差异不显著,与观察组标准值相比,检测值变化差异不显著(P>0.05),与对照组标准值相比,检测值显著降低,观察组与对照组的检测值相比差异显著(P<0.05);两组ALT、AST、ALP的标准值差异不显著,与观察组标准值相比,检测值变化差异不显著(P>0.05),与对照组标准值相比,检测值显著降低,观察组与对照组的检测值相比差异显著(P<0.05),两组GGT标准值与检测值比较差异不显著(P>0.05);两组TG、TCL、HDL、LDL的标准值差异不显著,与观察组标准值相比,检测值变化差异不显著(P>0.05),与对照组标准值相比,检测值显著降低,观察组与对照组的检测值相比差异显著(P<0.05)。结论 血清样本常温复苏血清蛋白质类指标及酶类指标的检测结果具有一定不稳定性,低温复苏对其影响较小。Objective To investigate the impact of serum sample resuscitation at low temperatures on the stability of serum protein and enzyme indices.Methods From July 2022 to October 2022,blood samples were taken from 94 patients admitted to our hospital.The random number table method was utilized to divide the 47 cases into observation and control groups.The observation group received low temperature resuscitation,while the control group received normal temperature resuscitation.The detection and standard values of two categories of protein indices,enzymes and lipids,were compared.Results There was no significant difference in the standard values of TP,ALB,GLB and Cys-C between the two groups.Compared with the standard values of the observation group,there was no significant diference in the change of the detected values(P>0.05);when compared to the standard values of the control group,the detected values were significantly decreased;and when compared to the standard values of the observation group and the control group,the detected values were significantly different(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the standard values of ALT,AST,and ALP between the two groups;there was no significant difference in the change of the detected values(P>0.05);the detected values were significantly decreased when compared to the standard values of the control group;and there was a significant difference in the change of the detected values when compared to the standard values of the observation group and the control group.P>0.05.There was no significant diference in the standard values of TG,TCL,HDL,and LDL between the two groups;there was no significant difference in the change of the detected values(P>0.05);the detected values were significantly decreased when compared to the standard values of the control group;and the detected values were significantly decreased when compared to the standard values ofthe observation group and the control group.Conclusion The detection results of serum protein and enzyme indexes in serum sam
