摘 要:为了解决大采高工作面沿空留巷变形控制难题,以成庄矿大采高工作面沿空留巷为工程背景,采用现场调研、理论分析和数值模拟等方法,分析了大采高工作面沿空留巷覆岩结构特征,获得了影响大采高工作面沿空留巷变形的关键因素。基于大采高工作面沿空留巷围岩控制难点,提出了以“柔模混凝土巷旁支护和预裂切顶卸压”为核心的大采高工作面沿空留巷围岩控制技术。重点分析了未切顶和切顶条件下大采高工作面沿空留巷围岩应力环境与变形特点,阐明了沿空留巷切顶卸压控制原理,确定了沿空留巷围岩支护参数。现场监测表明,大采高工作面沿空留巷采用新技术后,围岩大变形得到有效控制,留巷效果好。In order to solve the deformation control problem of gob-side entry retaining in large mining height working face, the overburden structure characteristics of gob-side entry retaining in large mining height working face and the key factors affecting the deformation of gob-side entry retaining in large mining height working face are obtained are analyzed by field investigation, theoretical analysis and numerical simulation, taking the gob-side entry retaining in large mining height working face of Chengzhuang mine as the engineering background. Based on the difficulty of controlling the surrounding rock of gob-side entry retaining in large mining height working face, the surrounding rock control technology of gob-side entry retaining in large mining height working face with the core of "roadway side support of flexible formwork concrete and pressure relief by roof cutting" was proposed.The stress environment characteristics of surrounding rock of no pressure relief by roof cutting and pressure relief by roof cutting with large mining height are analyzed emphatically, the pressure relief by roof cutting principle of gob-side entry retaining is clarified, and the supporting parameters of surrounding rock of gob-side entry retaining are determined. Field monitoring shows thatthe gob-side entry retaining for large mining height working face adopting the new technology, the large deformation of surrounding rock is effectively controlled and the effect of roadway retention is good.
