摘 要:通过实验测试,分析了不同高径比煤样试件所受载荷,得出了不同高径比煤样试件对应的抗压强度峰值拟合公式;基于榆树岭煤矿110505工作面巷道掘进具体采矿地质条件,建立了FLAC3D数值分析模型,研究了不同高宽比下煤柱内部应力、塑性区以及巷道围岩的变形规律。研究结果表明:随着煤柱高宽比增大,煤柱破坏阶段的峰值强度逐渐减小,当煤柱高宽比分别为0.26、0.31、0.43、0.85、1.70时,煤柱破坏峰值强度分别为63.26、56.50、47.32、37.70、30.03 MPa;通过对强度校核公式拟合后,确定了不同宽高比煤柱极限载荷,综合考虑矿井的经济效益,确定110505工作面与110503工作面间区段煤柱宽度为4 m。现场实测榆树岭煤矿110505巷道煤柱内部应力整体较小,应力集中系数较小,工作面掘进期间巷道整体变形较小,说明了煤柱留设宽度的合理性。Technology;The load of coal pillar with different height diameter ratio is analyzed through experimental test, and the fitting formula of peak compressive strength corresponding to coal pillar with different height diameter ratio is obtained;based on the specific mining geological conditions of 110505 working face roadway excavation in Yushuling coal mine, the FLAC3Dnumerical analysis model is established to study the internal stress, plastic zone and deformation law of roadway surrounding rock under different height width ratio. The research results show that with the increase of the height width ratio of the coal pillar, the peak strength of the coal pillar failure stage gradually decreases. When the height width ratio of the coal pillar is 0.26, 0.31, 0.43, 0.85, 1.70 respectively, the peak strength of the coal pillar failure is 63.26 MPa, 56.50 MPa, 47.32 MPa, 37.70 MPa and 30.03 MPa respectively;after fitting the strength check formula, the limit load of coal pillar with different width height ratio is determined. Considering the economic benefits of the mine, the width of coal pillar between 110505 and 110503 working faces is determined to be 4 m. According to the field measurement, the internal stress of the 110505 roadway pillar in Yushuling coal mine is small as a whole, the stress concentration factor is small, and the overall deformation of the roadway during the excavation of the working face is small, indicating the rationality of the width of the coal pillar.
