摘 要:基于矿井水文地质条件和注浆工艺建立裂缝涌水与注浆模型,开展排水条件与不排水条件下裂隙注浆效果试验,分析排水条件、浆液固结体、析水率、裂隙空间和钻孔倾角等因素对注浆效果的影响。试验结果表明,排水条件下,注浆压力越大,浆液扩散距离越大,可排水条件是注浆顺利的重要保证。浆液沉积固结体与浆岩耦合界面成为裂隙中堵水的关键区域,浆液析水率、裂隙空间和钻孔角度是影响浆液固结体的三因素。该研究有益于开采前裂隙含水层注浆工艺的优化和相关理论研究。Based on the hydrogeological conditions and grouting technology, a grouting model for fractures is established, and the fracture grouting under drainage and undrained conditions is studied,with emphasis on the influence of drainage conditions, grout consolidation, water separation rate,fracture space and borehole inclination and other factors on the grouting effect. The test results show that the drainage condition is favorable to the slurry diffusion in the crack. Under drainage conditions,the greater the grouting pressure, the greater the grout diffusion distance. The drainage condition is an important guarantee for successful grouting. The consolidation body and slurry-rock coupled interface are the critical areas for water plugging in the fracture. The rougher the fracture wall is, the better the coupling between the two is, and the stronger the resistance to high-pressure water seepage is. The water separation rate of slurry, fracture space and drilling angle are three factors affecting the quality of grout consolidation. This research is beneficial to the optimization of grouting technology and the related grouting theory research of the fracture aquifer before the coal seam mining.
