摘 要:鉴于澄合二矿31501工作面底板隔水层薄,煤层回采受到底板奥灰岩溶水害威胁,带压开采存在突水风险,为保证煤矿安全开采,提出采用地面多分支水平井注浆的方式改造加固底板含水层。基于此,对地面多分支水平井注浆治理奥灰岩溶水害的关键技术进行了研究,分析了实现煤层带压开采的注浆治理层位,利用公式计算出奥灰顶界面下含水层的改造厚度,介绍了相关的施工工艺。经地面钻孔注浆后,取得了良好的治理效果,奥灰顶界面下20 m含水层富水性显著降低,富水异常区明显减少。In view of the thin water-proof layer of floor in 31501 working face of Chenghe No.2 coal mine, coal seam mining is threatened by Ordovician limestone karst water damage of floor, and pressure mining has the risk of water inrush. In order to ensure the safe mining of coal mine, it is proposed to transform and reinforce the floor aquifer by grouting of multi-branch horizontal wells. Based on this,studies the key technologies of grouting treatment of Ordovician limestone karst water damage in multibranch horizontal wells on the ground, analyzes the grouting treatment level of coal seam pressure mining, uses the formula to calculate the reconstruction thickness of aquifer under the Ordovician limestone top interface, and introduces the related construction technology. After the ground drilling grouting, a good treatment effect has been achieved. The water richness of the aquifer 20 m under the Ordovician-top interface is significantly reduced, and the abnormal water rich area is significantly reduced.
