摘  要:针对当前煤矿巷道顶板离层监测设备可靠性低、准确度差及无法实现实时监测等问题,设计了一种基于等强度梁的光纤光栅顶板离层仪,分析了传感原理,推导了顶板离层量与光纤光栅波长漂移量之间的函数关系。基于标定实验数据分析了离层仪的静态特性,结果表明:离层仪深、浅基点端灵敏度分别为11.2、14.7 pm/mm,线性度分别为3.1%、2.4%,迟滞性分别为5.36%、3.7%,重复性分别为5.24%、4.93%,相关系数均达到了0.995以上,性能表现良好。该离层仪具有灵敏度高、量程大、安装方便等优点,由光纤光栅顶板离层仪组成的在线监测系统具有传输距离远、多通道实时监测等优点,可以实现顶板离层状态的长期在线监测。For the current problems of low reliability, poor accuracy and real-time monitoring of coal mine roadway roof delamination monitoring equipment, a fiber optic grating roof delamination meter based on equal strength beam was designed, the sensing principle was analyzed, and the function relationship between the amount of roof delamination and the wavelength drift of fiber grating was derived. The static characteristics of the delamination meter were analyzed based on the calibration experimental data, and the results showed that the sensitivity of the deep and shallow base points of the delamination meter were 11.2, 14.7 pm/mm, the linearity was 3.1%, 2.4%, the hysteresis was 5.36%,3.7%, the repeatability was 5.24%, 4.93%, and the correlation coefficients were above 0.995. The performance was good. The delamination meter has the advantages of high sensitivity, large range and easy installation, etc. The online monitoring system composed of fiber grating top plate delamination meter has the advantages of long transmission distance and multi-channel real-time monitoring, which can realize the long-term online monitoring of top plate delamination status.
