摘 要:为探讨白绢病菌菌株在花生品种间的致病力差异,本研究将强、中和弱致病力菌株田间接种不同抗病性花生品种后考察发病严重度。结果表明,白绢病菌株接种后14 d为最佳调查时间;强致病力菌株ZY2、SQ1和弱致病力菌株GP3-1在所测试的10个花生品种间病情指数差异不显著,而中等致病力菌株(HA、H1-3和BL1-1)在品种间病情指数差异显著。弱致病力菌株GP3-1对各品种的致病力较弱;强致病力菌株能导致供试品种抗性的丧失;中等致病力菌株在抗感品种间的致病力存在分化。本实验筛选出1份对中等致病力菌株存在广谱抗性的花生品种。In order to understand pathogenicity of Athelia rolfsii to different peanut varieties,six strains with high,moderate and weak virulence were inoculated on resistant and susceptible varieties in the field,occurrence of disease was investigated every week after inoculation.The results showed that the optimal time for investigation was 14 days after inoculation.There was no significant difference in disease index among cultivars inoculated by highly virulent strains ZY2 and SQ1,and weakly virulent strain GP3-1,respectively,but there was significant difference of those inoculated by moderately virulent strains(HA,H1-3 and BL1-1).The disease indices of varieties by strain GP3-1 was low;and was high by strains ZY2 and SQ1.All tested peanut varieties were susceptible to the highly vir-ulent strains ZY2 and SQ1.The disease indices between resistant and susceptible varieties showed significant differ-ence among moderately virulent strains.One peanut variety with broad-spectrum resistance to multiple moderately virulent strains was identified.
