摘  要:针对重型设备装卸时易对半挂车产生冲击力,造成运输车辆损伤的情况,对半挂车设计进行优化。首先,设计半挂车支承装置,通过模型简化分析构建运动方程;其次,分别建立半挂车运输的实体模型与运动仿真模型,进行运动仿真分析;最后,对比安装支承装置前后,重型设备上下运输时的运动仿真情况,对支承装置进行优化设计,制作样机,进行现场试验。结果表明:设计方案在运输车进行重型设备装载运输时,给车辆提供额外支撑,能有效防止重物过重而导致的车辆倾翻现象,提高了半挂车系统的稳定性与安全性。In view of the impact force on the semi-trailer during the loading and unloading of heavy equipment,which causes damage to the transport vehicle,the design of the semi-trailer was optimized.The semitrailer support device was designed,The equation of motion was constructed through the model simplified analysis;The solid model and motion simulation model of semi-trailer transportation were established respectively,and the motion simulation analysis was conducted.Comparing the motion simulation situation of the crawling equipment before and after installing the support device when the crawling equipment is transported up and down,The support device was optimized and designed,a prototype was made,and field tests were conducted.The experimental results prove the feasibility and superiority of the design scheme.Finally,it is concluded that the design scheme of this paper provides additional support for the vehicle when the transport vehicle is loaded and transported for heavy equipment,which can effectively prevent the vehicle overturning caused by the excessive weight of the heavy load,improve the stability and safety of the semi-trailer system.
