摘  要:针对动车组制动闸片磨损问题,基于热-力耦合有限元模型对其进行二次开发。通过Archard的磨损理论实现了闸片磨损的有限元计算,模拟分析了闸片的磨损演变分布规律,采用单一变量法研究了制动参数对闸片磨损的影响。根据闸片磨损仿真,建立磨损与制动参数对应关系的数据库,通过BP算法调取数据建立磨损预测模型,建立动车组闸片磨损量与行驶里程的对应关系,设计了动车组闸片寿命预测系统。结果表明:随着制动初速度的提高和制动压力的增大,闸片磨损深度增加,磨损变化率减小;寿命预测系统具有较高的精度,适用于闸片的寿命预测。In order to solve the wear problem of EMU brake pads,a secondary development is carried out based on thermal-force coupling finite element model.The finite element calculation of the brake plate wear is realized by Archard's wear theory.The wear evolution distribution law of the brake plate is simulated and analyzed.The influence of brake parameters on the brake disc wear is studied by using single variable method.According to brake wear simulation,a database of corresponding relationship between wear and the brake parameters is established.The wear prediction model was established by using BP algorithm,and the relationship between brake wear and mileage was established.The life prediction system of the brake plate for EMU is designed.The results show that with the increase of initial braking speed and braking pressure,the wear depth of the brake disc is increased,and the wear change rate is decreased.The life prediction system has high precision and is suitable for the life prediction of the brake plate.
