摘 要:针对常规破碎筛分工艺仅对沥青路面回收料(Reclalmed Asphalt Pavement,RAP)初步破碎和筛分时,处理效果不佳,获得的RAP质量波动仍较大的问题,使用精细化分离设备处理RAP,并将其各项与常规破碎筛分获取的RAP进行对比,采用RAP结团率、变异系数和细化指数等指标评价RAP的处理效果。研究结果表明,精细化分离可以将RAP破碎为老化沥青含量较低的RAP粗料(粒径大于4.75 mm)和富含老化沥青的沥青胶砂(粒径小于4.75 mm)。精细化分离处理后,老化沥青胶浆从RAP表面剥离,RAP粗料的油石比降低至2%左右,有效降低RAP粗料的结团程度,结团率最高下降66.2%。精细化分离可以降低RAP的结团程度和变异性,但同时RAP粗料也发生了细化,导致RAP粗料的比例偏低。The conventional treatment process only conducts preliminary crushing and screening of RAP,which cannot reduce the agglomeration and variability of RAP,so the quality of RAP material is still fluctuated greatly.Fine separation equipment is used to process RAP materials,and its various properties are compared with the RAP material obtained by the conventional treatment process.The effects of different separation methods on the RAP agglomeration,variability and refinement were evaluated by RAP agglomeration rate,coefficient of variation and the index of refinement.The results show that the refined separation can break the RAP into RAP coarse material(particle size>4.75 mm)with low aging asphalt content and asphalt mortar(particle size<4.75 mm)rich in aging asphalt.After the fine separation treatment,the aging asphalt slurry is stripped from the RAP surface,and the asphalt to stone ratio of RAP coarse material is significantly reduced to about 2%,which effectively reduces the degree of RAP coarse material agglomeration,and the maximum agglomeration rate is reduced by 66.2%.Fine separation can reduce the clumping and variability of RAP with refined RAP coarse material,resulting in a low proportion of RAP coarse material.
