摘  要:采用AG-100KN电子万能材料实验机对新型Mg-6Al-1Ca镁合金进行了热压缩实验,分析了该合金在温度为573~773 K、应变速率为0.001~1.0 s^(-1)条件下的材料流动行为和应变硬化行为。通过线性拟合分别构建了该镁合金的本构模型和动态再结晶模型,得到了Mg-6Al-1Ca镁合金应力与应变及应变速率的关系。并根据本构方程与实验值的对比,验证了该本构关系式。在低应变区,温度在573~673 K时,压缩曲线呈现显著的加工硬化特征,温度在723~773 K时,加工硬化现象不明显,在流动应力达到峰值后随即进入稳态流动状态;在高应变区,受动态再结晶和动态回复机制的影响,材料的流动行为表现为稳态流动的特征。A new Mg-6Al-1Ca magnesium alloy is subjected to hot compression experiments with AG-100KN electronic universal material test machine.The flow behavior and strain hardening behavior of the alloy were analyzed under the conditions of temperature from 573-773 K and strain rate from 0.001 to 1.0 s^(-l).The constitutive model and dynamic recrystallization model of the Mg-6Al-1Ca magnesium alloy were constructed by linear fiting method,and the relationship among stress,strain and strain rate of the Mg-6Al-1Ca magnesium alloy was obtained.According to the comparison between the constitutive equation and the experiment values,the constitutive relation was verified.In the low strain region,when the temperature is in the range of 573-673 K,the compression curve presents a significant work-hardening feature,and when the temperature is in the range of 723-773 K,the work-hardening phenomenon is not obvious,and the flow stress immediately enters the steady state after reaching the peak.Under the influence of dynamic recrystallization and dynamic recovery in the high strain region,the material flow behavior is characterized by steady-state flow.
