摘　　要：充电桩是新能源汽车的“加油站”,伴随新能源汽车产业的飞速发展,建设并普及公用充电桩面临一定的现实困境与挑战。当前,四川省自贡市正处于新能源汽车高速发展期,运用文献研究法、访谈法、实地调查法等进行研究发现,自贡市新能源汽车充电桩存在安全隐患高、维修系统不健全、布局规划不合理、缺少部门协调机制等问题,基于政府治理理论,自贡市应从继续完善新能源汽车充电桩建设与安装、规范新能源汽车充电桩运营与维护、合理规划新能源汽车充电桩布局、发展和转变政府协同治理新思想等方面为抓手,更好地推动自贡市充电桩建设。Charging pile is the“gas station”of new energy vehicles.With the rapid development of new energy automobile industry,the construction and popularization of public charging pile is facing certain realistic difficulties and challenges.At present,Zigong City in Sichuan Province is in a period of rapid development of new energy vehicles.The study uses literature research,interview and field investigation analysis,etc.There are some problems in Zigong City new energy vehicle charging pile:security risks is high,maintenance system is not perfect,layout planning is not reasonable,and departmental coordination mechanism is lack,etc.Based on the government governance theory,Zigong City should improve the construction and installation of new energy vehicle charging piles,improve the operation and maintenance of new energy vehicle charging piles,plan the layout and development of new energy vehicle charging piles,and change the new ideas of government collaborative governance,so as to better promote the construction of charging piles in Zigong City.
