摘 要:手性均一性是生命体系的基本物质结构特征,这导致手性对映体分子的识别和区分在许多与生命健康相关的领域都具有重要意义.大环主体是进行分子识别的重要工具,而通过构筑手性大环主体来实现对手性对映体客体的识别和区分一直是超分子化学研究的重要课题.近年来,随着大环主客体化学的蓬勃发展,基于手性大环主体的对映选择性识别也取得长足进步.本文概述了手性大环的常用构筑策略,并重点综述了具有代表性的手性大环主体以及它们的对映选择性识别能力,旨在激发具有优异对映选择性识别和区分能力的大环主体的开发和应用.最后总结了这一领域目前存在的挑战和发展前景.Homochirality is a fundamental structural characteristic of biological systems.Therefore,the recognition and differentiation of chiral enantiomers hold significant importance in various fields related to life and health.Macrocyclic hosts serve as crucial tools for molecular recognition,and the construction of chiral macrocyclic hosts for the recognition and differentiation of chiral enantiomeric guests has remained a central topic in supramolecular chemistry.In recent years,with the vibrant development of macrocyclic host-guest chemistry,significant progress has been achieved in enantioselective recognition based on chiral macrocyclic hosts.This article provides an overview of common strategies for constructing chiral macrocycles,categorically reviews representative chiral macrocyclic hosts and their enantioselective recognition capabilities,aiming to stimulate the development and application of macrocyclic hosts with outstanding chiral recognition and differentiation abilities.Finally,the current challenges and future prospects in this field are summarized.
