摘 要:针对简化的包含92种组份、332步反应的RP-3航空煤油燃烧机理,进行了压燃发动机的缸内湍流燃烧数值模拟研究,探究了分段喷射策略对柴油机燃用RP-3航空煤油的燃烧性能的影响,得到了最佳的喷油质量分数与喷油正时.结果表明:预喷质量分数为5%的RP-3与预喷质量分数为2%的柴油的缸内压力保持较高的一致性;较晚的主喷时刻会导致油气混合时间较短,燃烧质量变差;预喷与主喷质量分数分别为10%和90%,预喷正时和主喷正时分别为-12°CA ATDC与0.5°CA ATDC (上止点后)的喷油策略能令RP-3在该型柴油机上发挥更好的燃烧性能.Numerical simulation of turbulent combustion in a compression ignition engine was carried out for a simplified mechanism of RP-3 aviation kerosene containing 92 species and 332 reactions.The effect of the split injection strategy on the combustion performance of diesel engines fuelled with RP-3 aviation kerosene was investigated,and the best injection quality fraction and timing were obtained.Results show that the in-cylinder pressure of the RP-3 with 5%pilot-injection quality fraction was consistent with that of diesel with 2%pilot-injection quality fraction.Later main injection timing would lead to shorter fuel-air mixing time and worse combustion quality.The injection strategy of pre injection/main injection quality fraction of 10%/90%and pre injection/main injection time of-12℃A ATDC/0.5℃A ATDC(after top dead center)could enable RP-3 to achieve better combustion performance on this type of diesel engine.
