摘  要:研发了销钉剪切力试验工装和单独的压缩式胶筒试验工装,完善了压缩式封隔器试验检测体系,实现了由全过程试验到单一性能检测试验的建立,并取得了良好的现场应用效果。At present,when it is necessary to conduct single testing tests on the performance of pins such as setting,releasing,and releasing,as well as the performance of compressed rubber cylinders for the compression type packers,we need to run the entire set of compression type packers into the water immersion high-pressure experimental system or oil immersion high-temperature high-pressure experimental system for full process testing.The testing cycle is long,the tool testing cost is high,and the work efficiency is low。Therefore,we have developed a pin shear force test fixture and a separate compression type rubber cylinder test fixture,improved the compression type packer test and detection system,achieved the establishment of a whole process test to a single performance detection test,and achieved good on-site application results.
