摘　　要：以茂名石化新建1000万吨/年常减压装置初馏塔、常压塔、减压塔为例,从安装前期准备工作、塔器规格型号及材质选用、施工具体措施、现场焊接方法等,配合现场装置图及生产相关要求,介绍大型塔类现场制造安装工艺过程,为类似的大型塔类现场制造安装提供借鉴。Due to the limitations of road transportation and other factors in the site and factory,the large tower can only be installed by on-site manufacturing.Taking the initial distillation tower,atmospheric pressure tower and decompression tower of newly built 10 million tons/year atmospheric and decompression device as an example,this paper introduces the on-site manufacturing and installation process of large towers from the pre-installation preparation,tower specifications,models and material selection,specific construction measures and on-site welding methods,as well as the site installation drawings and relevant production requirements,and provides reference for the on-site manufacturing and installation of similar large towers.
