摘 要:机械损伤状态监测技术结合多种监检测手段与先进传感器技术,实时或定期提取机械运行过程中材料变形、蠕变、裂纹、剥落等损伤信息,及时掌握装备健康状态,从而确保装备高效运行,合理规划维修时机,有效避免事故,是机械装备故障诊断和智能运维领域的重要技术支撑。基于智能材料与智能结构的损伤状态监测过程具有响应快速、定量精确、定位精准的特点,满足机械结构复杂化、机电一体化、操控智能化、作业连续化发展对健康状态监测的新需求,是装备健康状态检测技术发展的新方向。介绍典型损伤监测智能材料的结构与原理,综述面向机械磨损、疲劳和腐蚀等主要损伤模式的状态监测智能材料研究进展,指出损伤监测智能材料未来的发展重点。The mechanical damage state monitoring technology combines a variety of monitoring and detection methods and advanced sensor technology to extract material deformation,creep,cracks,spalling and other damage information during machine operation in real time or on a regular basis,so as to grasp the health status of the equipment in time,so as to ensure the efficient operation of the equipment.Reasonable planning of maintenance timing and effective avoidance of accidents is an important technical support in the field of mechanical equipment fault diagnosis and intelligent operation and maintenance.The damage monitoring process based on smart materials and smart structures has the characteristics of fast response,accurate quantification,and precise positioning.It meets the new needs of health monitoring for the development of complex mechanical structures,mechatronics,intelligent control,and continuous operation.The new direction of the development of equipment health detection technology.This article introduces the structure and principle of typical damage monitoring smart materials,reviews the research progress of condition monitoring smart materials for major damage modes such as mechanical wear,fatigue and corrosion,and points out the future development focus of damage monitoring smart materials.
