摘 要:单电容耦合无线电能传输(single capacitive coupled wireless power transfer,SCC-WPT)技术主要通过一对极板即可实现无线电能传输,不仅可以减少耦合机构的极板数量,还可以消除耦合机构极板之间的交叉耦合电容,因此,该技术在二维平面移动设备的无线供电应用中具有较好的灵活性。基于该技术,文中提出一种可为二维平面上移动设备灵活供电的三极板SCC-WPT系统。通过分析三极板耦合机构的等效模型及绝缘介质对极板间互容的影响,给出系统的受控电压源等效电路及系统的谐振条件;结合耦合电容CM和互容系数kc给出系统的参数设计方法。最后通过实验验证提出的三极板耦合机构及系统参数设计方法的可行性和有效性。实验结果表明,负载在平面上任意位置传输性能基本不变,且功率保持稳定。相比于传统的SCC-WPT系统,该文利用新增的一块极板可以增加对地耦合电容,克服了杂散电容对系统的影响,提高了系统的性能稳定性和鲁棒性。研究成果可为二维平面移动设备的静态和动态无线电能供电提供新的方式。The single capacitive coupled wireless power transfer(SCC-WPT)technology could achieve wireless power transfer,requiring only a pair of the plate.This technology not only could reduce the number of plates but also avoid cross coupling of the coupling structure.It is obvious that the technology has good flexibility in the WPT application of two-dimensional mobile devices.Based on this technology,this paper proposes a three-plate SCC-WPT system,which can transfer power to the two-dimensional mobile devices flexibly.First,by analyzing the equivalent model of the three-plate coupling structure and the effect of the insulating medium on the mutual capacitance between the plates,the equivalent circuit of the controlled voltage source and the resonance condition of the system are studied.Secondly,by combining the coupling capacitance CM and the mutual capacitance coefficient kc,the parameter design method of the system is represented.Finally,the experiment verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of the three-plates coupling structure and the parameter design method.The experimental results show that the load can receive ample power at any position on the receiving plate,and the output power keeps stable.Compared with the traditional SCC-WPT system,this paper uses an extra coupling plate to increase the coupling capacitance to the ground,which could overcome the influence of stray capacitance on the system and improve the performance stability and robustness of the system.Meanwhile,this technology can provide a new way for static and dynamic wireless power transfer of two-dimensional mobile devices.
