摘 要:双有源桥微逆变器具有开关器件数量少,软开关范围大和可双向传输功率等特点,相较于其他微逆变器拓扑具有优势。该文对双有源桥型微逆变器3种调制模式的功率传输边界、变压器电流有效值和软开关范围进行详细分析,提出基于模式切换的优化调制策略。通过设计内移相角在工频周期内的变化轨迹,并利用前馈控制计算外移相角取值,使调制模式在模式2和模式3之间切换,减小变压器电流有效值,并实现所有开关管在整个工频周期内的软开关,从而提高微逆变器的效率。最后,搭建600W微逆变器样机,通过实验验证优化调制策略的正确性。Due to its low component count,wide soft-switching range,and high efficiency,the dual-activebridge(DAB)microinverter has advantages over other topologies.In this paper,the transfer power range,RMS value of transformer current as well as the zero-voltage switching(ZVS)range of the three modulation modes are analyzed and compared detailly.Based on the analysis,the mode-switching modulation strategy is proposed.By designing the trajectory of the inner phase-shift angle in the power frequency cycle,and using feedforward control to calculate the value of the outer phase-shift angle,the modulation mode switches between mode 2 and mode 3,which can not only reduce the RMS value of transformer current,but also achieve soft-switching of all switches in the whole line cycle,which enhance the efficiency.A 600W microinverter prototype is constructed using the optimum transformer parameters,and the proposed modulation strategy is verified via simulation and experiments.
