摘  要:针对内埋式永磁同步电机(interior permanent magnet synchronous motor,IPMSM)的转速动态性能优化展开研究,详细分析多种工况下的电流工作点轨迹及转速动态过程,揭示传统方法中存在的电流工作点轨迹偏移、转速超调、转矩波动等问题。针对这些问题,该文提出一种基于变限幅结构的转速动态优化控制策略,在转速环引入一个变限幅结构,并通过引入转速误差生成转矩控制信号,实现了转速、转矩的同步控制。该文提出的方法使转速误差呈指数收敛,不仅有效抑制了转速超调和转矩波动,还消除了传统方法中电流工作点轨迹的波动、偏移等问题,显著缩短了转速调节时间并提升了转速动态性能。最后,通过实验验证所提转速动态优化控制策略的有效性。This paper studies the speed dynamic performance optimization of the interior permanent magnet synchronous motor.In this paper,the current operating point trajectories and the speed dynamic processes under various working conditions are analyzed in detail,and the problems such as current operating point trajectory deviation,speed overshoot and torque fluctuation in the conventional method are revealed.Aiming at these problems,a speed dynamic optimization control strategy based on the variable constraint structure is proposed in this paper.In the proposed control strategy,a variable constraint module is put forward and employed in the speed control loop,and the torque control signal is generated through the speed error,where the control of the speed and torque can be realized synchronously.Moreover,the speed error converges to zero exponentially by using the proposed method,where not only the speed overshoot and torque fluctuation are greatly reduced,but the fluctuation and deviation of the current operating point trajectory are also eliminated.Furthermore,the speed settling time is significantly shortened,and the speed dynamic performance is improved.Finally,experiments are carried out to validate the effectiveness of the proposed control strategy.
