摘 要:研究主要对锅炉效率反平衡计算进行改进,基于锅炉效率反平衡计算原理并结合南宁电厂实际情况确定相关测点数据,计算锅炉热效率。为了使锅炉效率计算结果更加准确,筛选稳定时段数据进行研究,避免不确定因素带来的数据跳变引起锅炉效率不稳定;对电厂煤质热值数据(即燃料收到基低位发热量)进行在线实时计算,减少离线式的人工测量及手工填报造成的误差及时间滞后性。The research is mainly aimed at improving the counter balance calculation of boiler thermal efficiency.This paper determine the relevant measuring points to calculate the boiler thermal efficiency based on the counter balance calculation principle of boiler efficiency and the actual situation of Nanning Power Plant.In order to make the calculation of boiler efficiency more accurate,the data in the stable period is screened for research to avoid the instability of boiler efficiency caused by data jump caused by uncertain factors.The online real-time calculation of the calorific value data of the coal quality of the power plant,which is the low calorific value of the fuel,is carried out to reduce the error and time lag caused by offline manual measurement and manual filling.
