摘 要:选用堆积石墨颗粒作为固体蓄热材料,利用Ansys软件进行仿真模拟,分析堆积石墨颗粒模型的蓄放热性能。以250 kW的加热功率对蓄热体加热10 h,通入温度为523 K的空气进行8 h放热。结果显示:经过10 h加热,蓄热体整体升温曲线差异较大,靠近热源位置呈现外凸的升温趋势,而蓄热体边缘呈现内凹趋势,整体温度分布不均匀,最大温差大于400 K。经过8 h的空气冷却,蓄热体模型出口界面温度分布呈现H形,紧贴通风管道周围的蓄热体经过空气对流换热温度迅速降低,剩余H形部分中大量的热量不能均匀释放,最大温差达到195 K。Stacked graphite particles are selected as solid heat storage materials,and the heat storage and release performance of the stacked graphite particles model is analyzed by simulation with Ansys software.The heat storage regenerator is heated for 10 hours with the heating power of 250 kW,and then the heat is released by ventilating the air at 523 K for 8 hours.The results show that after heating for 10 hours,the overall heating curve of the heat storage regenerator is quite different,and the heating trend is convex near the heat source,while the edge of the heat storage regenerator is concave,so that the overall temperature distribution is uneven and the maximum temperature difference is more than 400 K.After 8 hours of air cooling,the temperature distribution at the outlet interface of the heat storage regenerator model is H-shaped,the temperature of the heat storage regenerator close to the ventilation duct decreases rapidly through air convection heat transfer,and a large amount of heat in the remaining H-shaped part can not be released uniformly,and the maximum temperature difference is 195 K.
