医院合同能源管理节能服务考核评价体系研究

摘　　要：为了提升医院能源服务质量,构建医院合同能源管理节能服务考核评价指标体系。基于文献分析法和德尔菲法,通过两轮专家咨询,构建医院合同能源管理节能服务考核评价指标体系,采用层次分析法确定指标权重。医院合同能源管理节能服务考核评价体系包含管理指标、安全指标、效益指标、服务质量指标4个维度,13个二级指标,40个三级指标。研究表明,医院合同能源管理节能服务考核评价指标体系的可行性和实用性较好,与医院合同能源管理服务实践契合度较高,可进一步推广使用。In order to improve the quality of hospital energy service,an evaluation index system of hospital contract energy management and energy-saving service was constructed.Based on literature analysis and Delphi method,the evaluation index system of hospital contract energy management and energy-saving service was established through two rounds of expert consultation,and the index weight was determined by AHP.The evaluation system of hospital contract energy management and energy-saving service was constructed,which included 4 dimensions,including management index,safety index,benefit index and service quality index,13 secondary indexes and 40 tertiary indexes.The study indicates that the feasibility and practicability of the evaluation index system of hospital contract energy management energy-saving service are good,and the consistency with the practice of hospital contract energy management service is high,and it can be further popularized.
