摘 要:针对高速转子系统最常见的受不平衡载荷导致的故障,对所设计的转子系统进行仿真动力学建模,结合转子系统的动力学特性,研究几种典型转速下的转子系统在受不平衡力作用下的动力学特性,分析得到不同偏心量及碰摩引起的不平衡力作用下的轴承力结果。研究发现,轴承刚度与阻尼对转子系统的临界转速均有较大影响,四种工况下转子系统临界转速均远高于工作转速,轴承参数的变化不会影响转子系统的正常运行;两种平衡精度下和碰摩载荷作用下的转子系统不平衡响应导致的轴承力始终保持在其承载范围内,转子运行安全;且平衡精度越低,轴承上所受的最大轴承力越大。所提出的分析方法可为高速转子系统的安全可靠性分析与评估提供支撑。Aiming at the most common faults caused by unbalanced loads in high-speed rotor systems,the designed rotor system was modeled and simulated dynamically.The dynamic characteristics of the rotor system under the action of unbal-anced forces at several typical speeds were studied.And the bearing force results under the action of different eccentricity and unbalanced forces caused by rub-impact were obtained.The study found that the bearing stiffness and damping have a greater impact on the critical speed of the rotor system,and the critical speed of the rotor system under four working condi-tions is much higher than the working speed.And the change of bearing parameters will not affect the normal operation of the rotor system..The bearing force caused by the unbalanced response of the rotor system under the two balanced precisions and under the action of the rub-impact load is always maintained within its bearing range.The rotor system can always run safely.And the lower the balance accuracy,the greater the maximum bearing force will be produced.The proposed analy-sis method can provide support for the safety and reliability analysis and evaluation of high-speed rotor systems.
