摘  要:脊髓损伤是一类灾难性的中枢神经系统损伤,给患者生命健康造成了巨大伤害。在各类脊髓损伤患者中,胸腰段脊髓损伤患者占据较大比重、约占整个脊髓损伤的50%左右,而恢复下肢及膀胱功能是胸腰段脊髓损伤患者的主要诉求。近年来随着神经移位技术和体神经植物神经反射弧重建技术的应用,胸腰段脊髓损伤后下肢及膀胱功能障碍的治疗取得了较大的进展。本文将详细阐述近年来治疗胸腰段脊髓损伤后下肢及膀胱功能障碍的治疗方法,为脊髓损伤的治疗提供参考和研究思路。Spinal cord injury is a catastrophic central nervous system injury that causes significant harm to the lives and health of patients.Among various types of spinal cord injury patients,patients with thoracolumbar spinal cord injury account for a large proportion,accounting for about 50%of the total spinal cord injury,and restoring lower limb and bladder function is the main demand of patients with thoracolumbar spinal cord injury.In recent years,with the application of nerve transfer technology and reconstruction technology of somatic nerve autonomic reflex arc,significant progress has been made in the treatment of lower limb and bladder dysfunction after thoracolumbar spinal cord injury.This article will elaborate on the surgical treatment methods for lower limb and bladder dysfunction after thoracolumbar spinal cord injury in recent years,providing reference and research ideas for the treatment of spinal cord injury.
