摘  要:目的:观察中药血必净调控神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)和S-100B对大鼠颅脑损伤及神经功能的影响。方法:20只雄性SD大鼠随机分为实验组和对照组,每组10只。改良Marmarou方法建立颅脑损伤模型,对照组模拟手术过程,不使用外力打击。建模后24 h开始加用药物治疗,对照组0.9%生理盐水治疗。Longa评分法评估神经功能,透射电子显微镜观察脑组织切片的细胞结构,蛋白质印迹法(Western blot)检测NSE,S-100B表达。采用t检验。结果:实验组额顶区的皮质内存在以皱缩样变性为特征的神经元改变及轴索肿胀回缩球。对照组额顶区的皮质水肿明显。与对照组(31.260±1.472)比较,实验组7 d NSE蛋白表达水平显著低于对照组(14.324±0.780),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组(76.325±21.762)比较,实验组7 d NSE蛋白表达水平显著低于对照组(58.310±15.216),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。中药血必净改善大鼠神经功能,实验组大鼠得分较对照组显著改善,差异有统计学意义(1.980±0.761,2.690±0.972,P<0.01)。结论:中药血必净能够通过调控NSE和S-100B表达水平,减轻脑损伤病理损害,改善脑损伤后的神经功能状况。Objective To observe the effects of Xuebijing on the neural function of neuron-specific enolase(NSE)and S-100B in mice with severe traumatic brain injury.Methods Twenty male SD rats were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group,with 10 rats in each group.The improved Marmarou method was used to establish a brain injury model,while the control group simulated the surgical process without the use of external force.After 24 hours of modeling,medication treatment was added,while the control group received 0.9%saline treatment.Longa scoring method was used to evaluate neural function,transmission electron microscopy was used to observe the cellular structure of brain tissue slices,and Western blotting was used to detect the expression of NSE and S-100B.SPSS 25.0 statistical software analysis,quantitative data expressed as mean±standard deviation(±s),using t-test;P<0.05 indicates a statistically significant difference.Results The results showed that there were neuronal changes and axonal swelling and retraction balls in the cortex of the frontoparietal region of the experimental group,characterized by wrinkled degeneration.The cortical edema in the frontoparietal area of the control group was significant.compared with the control group(31.260±1.472),the expression level of NSE protein in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(14.324±0.780)on the 7th day,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);Compared with the control group(76.325±21.762),the expression level of NSE protein in the experimental group at 7 days was significantly lower than that in the control group(58.310±15.216),with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Xuebijing improved neural function in rats,and the scores of the experimental group mice were significantly improved compared to the control group,with statistically significant differences(1.980±0.761,2.690±0.972,P<0.01).Conclusion Xuebijing can alleviate pathological damage and improve neurological function afte
