摘 要:前列腺癌(PCa)是男性最常见的肿瘤之一,近年其发病率一直高居不下.肿瘤标志物作为前列腺癌筛查、诊断、疗效观察的重要手段之一,已应用于临床诊疗工作中,寻找新型高敏感性、高特异性的前列腺癌诊断标志物是目前的研究热点.前列腺特异性抗原(PSA)是经典的前列腺癌的肿瘤标志物,近年又涌现出p2PSA、PCA3及一系列新型基因标志物.本文将对近年来前列腺癌生物标志物的研究进展作一综述.Prostate cancer(PCa)is one of the most common tumors in men,and its incidence rate has been high in recent years.Tumor markers,as one of the important means of screening,diagnosis and efficacy observation for prostate cancer,have been applied in clinical diagnosis and treatment.Finding new high sensitivity and specificity prostate cancer diagnostic markers is currently a research hotspot.Prostate specific antigen(PSA)is a classic tumor marker for prostate cancer.In recent years,p2PSA,PCA3 and a series of new gene markers have emerged.This article will review the research progress of biomarkers for prostate cancer in recent years.
