“双循环”新发展格局的马克思主义政治经济学分析

摘　　要：在当今世界正经历百年未有之大变局和中华民族伟大复兴战略全局的历史交汇期,我国发展面临新的挑战和机遇,为此以习近平同志为核心的党中央提出构建以国内大循环为主体、国内国际双循环相互促进的新发展格局。本文运用马克思主义政治经济学的社会再生产理论来分析构建新发展格局的重要性,并在分析当前存在的问题的基础上提出新发展对策:深化产业结构改革,推动产业链现代化;坚持科技自立自强,提高技术创新能力;改善收入分配格局,优化分配体系;构建高效流通体系,提高资源配置效率;培育完整内需体系,提高扩大内需效能;坚持自立开放相统一,提升对外开放水平等。The world today is experiencing a period of historical convergence between a major change not seen in a century and the strategic overall situation of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.China’s development is facing new challenges and opportunities,and for this reason,it is proposed by the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core to build a new development pattern with domestic circulation as the main body and domestic and international circulation promoting each other.This paper applies the social reproduction theory of Marxist political economy to analyze the importance of constructing a new development pattern,and puts forward new development countermeasures based on analyzing the current problems:deepening the reform of the industrial structure and promoting the modernization of the industrial chain;insisting on scientific and technological self-reliance,and improving technological innovation ability;improving the pattern of income distribution and optimizing the distribution system;constructing an efficient circulation system,and improving the efficiency of resource allocation;cultivating a complete domestic demand system and improving the effectiveness of expanding domestic demands;adhering to the unity of self-reliance and openness,and enhancing the level of opening-up,etc.
