摘  要:本文基于理论分析数字经济发展与居民消费率之间的关系,使用2011—2021年省级平衡面板数据,对数字经济发展与居民消费率之间的关系展开实证研究。结果表明,数字经济发展与居民消费率之间表现为倒U型关系。在起步阶段,数字经济发展的就业效应有助于提高居民消费率;随着进一步发展,数字鸿沟效应逐渐占据优势地位,抑制了居民消费率的提高。因此,在实现中国式现代化的征程中,各级政府应注重强化就业效应对居民消费率提高的积极作用,减缓数字鸿沟效应对居民消费率的抑制作用。Based on the theoretical analysis of the relationship between the development of the digital economy and resident consumption rate,this paper launches empirical research on the relationship between the two using the provincial balanced panel data from 2011 to 2021.The results show that the relationship between the development of the digital economy and resident consumption rate exhibits an inverted U-shaped relationship.In the initial stage,the employment effect of the development of the digital economy helps to increase the resident consumption rate;as it develops further,the digital divide effect gradually dominates and inhibits the increase of the consumption rate of residents.Therefore,in the journey to achieve Chinese modernization,governments at all levels should focus on strengthening the positive effect of the employment effect on the increase of the resident consumption rate and slowing down the inhibiting effect of the digital divide effect on the resident consumption rate.
