摘 要:本文以灰色关联分析法为研究工具,构建由经济因子、旅游地吸引因子、接待因子、人力资源因子、交通因子、信息因子6个一级因子和第三产业从业人数、国内游客数量、互联网用户数等17个二级因子组成的指标体系,分析各因素对云南旅游收入影响的重要程度。结果表明,人力资源因子、信息因子、旅游地吸引因子、经济因子对云南旅游收入的影响最明显,接待因子、交通因子对云南旅游收入的影响最弱。基于此,本文提出:制定“人才兴旅”战略,培养高素质人才队伍;制定信息化发展战略,提升旅游智慧化水平;树立云南旅游品牌形象,增强竞争力;大力发展经济,提高人民的旅游消费能力等对策,以供参考。Using grey relational analysis as a research tool,this paper constructs an index system consisting of six primary factors,such as economic factor,tourist place attraction factor,reception factor,human resource factor,traffic factor and information factor,and 17 secondary factors,such as the number of employees in the tertiary industry,the number of domestic tourists,and the number of Internet users,to analyze the importance of the influence of each factor on Yunnan’s tourism revenue.The results show that human resource factor,information factor,tourist place attraction factor and economic factor have the most obvious influence on Yunnan tourism income,while reception factor and traffic factor have the weakest influence on Yunnan tourism income.Based on this,this paper puts forward the following countermeasures for reference:formulating the strategy of“talents boosting the development tourism”and cultivating a high-quality talent team;formulating the strategy of information development and enhancing the level of tourism intelligence;establishing the brand image of Yunnan tourism and enhancing its competitiveness;vigorously developing the economy and improving people’s tourism consumption ability,etc.
