摘　　要：近年来,灾害类型趋于复杂化与多元化,加大了灭火救援工作的难度,使得灭火救援任务日益繁重,对基层指挥员的初战指挥能力提出了更高的要求。通过实战研究发现,灭火救援初战指挥能力的高低会直接影响灭火救援的成败,因此,基层指挥员要加强学习与研究,积极地参与实战训练,不断提升自身的初战指挥能力。现主要探讨提高基层指挥员灭火救援初战指挥能力的路径,以供参考。In recent years,the types of disasters tend to be more complex and diversified,which increases the difficulty of fire fighting and rescue work.This makes fire fighting and rescue tasks increasingly arduous,and puts forward higher requirements for the initial command ability of grassroots commanders.Through actual combat research,it is found that the level of fire fighting and rescue initial combat command ability will directly affect the success or failure of fire fighting and rescue.Therefore,grassroots commanders should strengthen their study and research,actively participate in actual combat training,and continuously improve their initial combat command ability.The path to improve the command ability of grassroots commanders in the initial combat command ability of fire fighting and rescue is mainly discussed for reference.
