摘  要:使用苯胺(ANI)、硝酸银(AgNO_(3))和聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)粉末原料制备了PANI/Ag/PVDF油水分离膜。研究了c(苯胺)和ρ(硝酸银)对分离膜性能的影响,并确定了最佳条件为c(苯胺)=0.14 mol/L,p(硝酸银)=0.5 mg/L。结果表明,所制备的膜对4种油水乳液(正己烷、甲苯、三氯甲烷、石油醚)的分离通量均能高于400 L/(m^(2)·h)(仅在重力条件下),且分离效率均大于99%。PANI/Ag/PVDF oil-water separation membranes were prepared using aniline(AND),silver nitrate(AgNO_(3))and polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF)powders.The effects of the concentrations of aniline and silver nitrate on the performance of the separation mem branes were investigated,and the optimal concentrations were determined:aniline was 0.14 mol/L and silver nitrate was 0.5 mg/L.The final results showed that the prepared mem branes were suitable for four oil-water emulsions The final results showed that the separation fluxes of the prepared mem branes for four oil-water emulsions(n-hexane,toluene,trichloromethane,and petroleum ether)could reach more than 400 L/m^(2)·h(only under the effect of gravity),and the separation efficiencies were more than 99%.
