摘  要:柔性太阳能电池具有柔韧性好、质量轻、应用广泛等优点得到了国内外深入的研究与应用,已成为新一代可持续能源的研究热点.综述了目前柔性非晶硅、柔性有机聚合物、柔性钙钛矿和柔性染料敏化4种太阳能电池的制备方法及其在各领域的应用,比较了在制备工艺、成本、性能及应用场景的异同,并对其未来的发展前景进行了分析和展望.Flexible solar cells have the advantages of good flexibility,light weight and wide application,and have been deeply studied and applied at home and abroad.It has become the research hotspot of the new generation of sustainable energy.In this paper,the preparation methods of flexible amorphous silicon solar cells,flexible organic polymer solar cells,flexible perovskite solar cells and flexible dye sensitized solar cells and their applications in various fields are reviewed,and their similarities and differences in preparation process,cost,performance and application scenarios are compared.Its future development prospect is analyzed and prospected.
