摘  要:高碳醇是一种重要的化工原料,可以通过α-烯烃制备.氢甲酰化反应是其中最关键的反应.与短链α-烯烃相比,长链α-烯烃反应活性更低.短链α-烯烃的氢甲酰化反应采用均相催化的方式实现,但长链α-烯烃的氢甲酰化产物受催化剂稳定性的限制不易通过蒸馏法分离.在选用合适配体和助剂的条件下,液液非均相催化可以较好地解决该问题.固液非均相催化也可以较好地实现产物与催化剂的分离,但在长周期运行情况下催化剂的持续流失依然需要进一步考察.Long chain alcohols are recognized as important chemical feedstocks and can be prepared by a-olefins.Hydroformylation is the most critical reaction.Compared with the short-chain olefins,the long-chain olefins are less reactive.The hydroformylation of short-chain olefins are realized by homogeneous catalysis,but the hydroformylation products of long-chain olefins are not easy to be separated by distillation due to the stability of the catalyst.Under the condition of selecting suitable ligand and additives,liquid-liquid heterogeneous catalysis can solve this problem better.Solid-liquid heterogeneous catalysis can also be better for the separation of product and catalyst,but the continuous loss of catalyst in the case of long cycle operation still needs further investigation.We collected the literature on hydroformylation of long chain olefins for some inspiration.
