摘  要:针对高频段相控阵天线结构-热一体化设计问题,提出一种模块化的垂直分层风冷结构,根据功能将结构划分为射频层、散热层、控制层三层,通过在结构上单独隔离出散热层的方式保证系统密封,由于结构上热源集中位置与散热结构直接相接触,提高了散热效率。各模块之间的电连接采用盲插互联与线缆连接并用的方式,使得结构紧凑的同时,不破坏整体的密封性。通过力学、热学仿真分析,对设计的合理性进行了验证。A modular vertical layered air-cooled structure is proposed to address the structural thermal integration design issue of high-frequency phased array antennas.According to its functions,the structure is divided into three layers:RF layer,heat dissipation layer and control layer.The system sealing is ensured by isolating the heat dissipation layer separately on the structure.Due to the direct contact between the heat source concentration position and the heat dissipation layer,the heat dissipation efficiency is improved.The electrical connections between the modules are achieved through blind-mating interconnection and cable connection,ensuring compactness without compromising overall sealing.Mechanical and thermal simulation analysis is conducted to verify the rationality of the design.
