摘　　要：奶牛的胎儿干尸化与胎儿浸溶在兽医临床实践中较为少见。多年来笔者在对新疆南疆和北疆地区多个牛场大量难孕牛的诊断过程中,共发现了4例胎儿干尸化病例和2例胎儿浸溶典型病例。通过病史调查、临床症状观察、直肠检查、阴道检查,结合超声检查进行诊断,是确诊这类疾病的主要途径。文章重点描述了胎儿干尸化和胎儿浸溶的超声图像特征,并分析了可能发生的病因。The occurrence of fetus mummification and fetus maceration in dairy cows is very low in veterinary clinical practice.During the diagnosis of difficult-to-be-pregnant cows in several cattle farms in southern and northern Xinjiang,four cases of fetus mummification and two cases of fetus maceration were diagnosed.The procedure of diagnosis included the history investigation,clinical symptoms observation,rectal examination,vaginal examination,and ultrasonography.The sonographic features of fetus mummification and maceration were highlighted,and the etiologies were discussed in this paper.
