摘 要:冷冻精液技术在肉牛遗传改良中的应用与推广是现代畜牧业科技发展的重要成果。文章探讨了冷冻精液的生产程序、冷藏保存期限、质量评估标准和冷冻精液在肉牛配种中的应用,提出种公牛选拔、冷冻精液解冻和使用的关键措施,以及建立规范的储存中心、加强人工授精应用技术研究和精液采集、贮存和运输等方面的建议,以期为推动肉牛遗传改良效率的提升、促进肉牛产业的可持续发展提供借鉴。The application and promotion of frozen semen in genetic improvement of beef cattle is an important achievement in the development of modern animal husbandry industry.The article explores the production process,cooling,storage period,and quality evaluation standards of frozen semen,as well as the application mode of frozen semen in beef cattle breeding,proposes key measures for selecting breeding bulls and selection of frozen-thawed semen.Moreover,suggestions for establishing standardized storage centers,researching of artificial insemination application technology,semen collection,storage,and transportation are discussed,so as to provide references to promote the efficiency of genetic improvement in beef cattle for the sustainable development of the beef cattle industry.
