摘 要:通过5根不同配筋率的UHPC梁受弯试验,研究配筋及分布对UHPC梁的荷载-挠度曲线、延性、裂缝情况与破坏形态影响,考虑UHPC受拉区强度讨论设计承载力简化计算模式。结果表明:UHPC梁的极限承载力、刚度随配筋率增大而增大,但配筋也缩短了UHPC梁塑性变形阶段,使延性有所降低;配筋率为3.1%的UHPC梁能有效减少裂缝数目及最大裂缝宽度,同时兼顾承载力和延性指标;配筋率相同(均为2.1%)时,配筋分布均匀的梁体开裂挠度降低20.2%,最大裂缝宽度减少25.0%,平均裂缝宽度减少27.3%。计入UHPC受拉区强度影响后,配筋梁抗弯承载力提升了约18.2%,且计算结果与试验数据吻合度较好,可为配筋UHPC梁抗弯设计提供参考。By the bending test of 5 UHPC beams with different reinforcement ratios,the effect of reinforcement and distribution of UHPC beams was analyzed with the load-deflection curve for the ductility,cracks,and bearing capacity.The results show that the ultimate bearing capacity and stiffness of UHPC beams increase with increasing reinforcement ratio.However,reinforcement shortens the plastic deformation stage of UHPC beams and reduces its ductility.UHPC beams which reinforcement ratio is 3.1%can effectively reduce the number of cracks and the maximum crack width,while taking into account the bearing capacity and ductility indicators.When the reinforcement ratio is the same(2.1%),the crack deflection of the beam with uniform reinforcement distribution decreases by 20.2%,the maximum crack width decreases by 25.0%and the average crack width decreases by 27.3%.The calculation results of the bearing capacity considering the tensile strength of UHPC are in good agreement with the experimental data,which can provide reference for the bending design of UHPC beams reinforced with steel.
