摘 要:为研究低掺量相变材料对水泥混凝土力学性能及热物理性能的影响,将石蜡/聚乙烯复合相变材料掺入混凝土中制备得到相变水泥混凝土。通过万能试验机、绝热温升测定仪、DRM-III导热系数测定仪、无纸温度记录仪对混凝土力学性能及热物理性能进行测试。结果表明:10‰相变材料掺量混凝土力学性能有所降低,但能满足使用要求,且与普通混凝土相比,10‰相变材料掺量混凝土3 d绝热温升降低5.22℃,导热系数降低31.5%、质量热容提高16%。低掺量石蜡/聚乙烯相变材料地添加在较好保持混凝土力学性能的同时可以有效降低混凝土绝热温升、热敏感性并提高混凝土的温度调节能力。In order to study the effect of low dosing of phase change materials on the mechanical and thermophysical properties of cement concrete,paraffin/polyethylene composite phase change materials were mixed into concrete to obtain phase change cement concrete.The mechanical and thermophysical properties of concrete were tested by universal testing machine,adiabatic temperature rise tester,DRM-III thermal conductivity tester and paperless temperature recorder.The results showed that the mechanical properties of concrete with 10‰phase change materials decreased,but could meet the requirements of use,and compared with ordinary concrete,the 3 d adiabatic temperature rise of concrete with 10‰phase change materials decreased by 5.22℃,the thermal conductivity decreased by 31.5%and the specific heat capacity increased by 16%.The addition of low dose of paraffin/polyethylene phase change material can effectively reduce the adiabatic temperature rise and thermal sensitivity of concrete and improve the temperature regulation ability of concrete while maintaining the mechanical properties of concrete.
