摘 要:在再生粗骨料掺量均为50%情况下,开展了20根掺锂云母渣再生混凝土柱轴压试验,研究锂云母渣取代率、螺旋箍筋间距等因素的影响,揭示了锂云母渣再生混凝土柱的破坏形态和规律。研究表明:掺入锂云母渣有利于提高试件的延性,随着锂云母渣掺量的增加,掺锂云母渣再生混凝土柱的承载力以及弹性模量呈现先增加后下降的趋势。螺旋箍筋间距减小1倍,掺锂云母渣再生混凝土柱的承载力及延性均得到提高。基于中美混凝土结构设计规范以及尹衍梁计算公式和试验值进行了对比,结果表明中国规范计算公式可以较好的适用螺旋箍筋约束掺锂云母渣再生混凝土柱。Based on the axial compression tests of 20 columns of recycled concrete with lepidolite lithium slag confined by spiral stirrups.The effect of lepidolite lithium slag replacement rate and spacing of spiral stirrups were investigated under the condition that the replacement rate of recycled aggregates is 50%.The typical failure mode and stress mechanism of short columns were also revealed.The incorporation of lepidolite lithium slag was beneficial to improve the ductility of the specimens.With the increase of lepidolite lithium slag,the bearing capacity and the elastic modulus of recycled concrete columns with lepidolite lithium slag increased first and then decreased.The spacing of spiral stirrup was half.The bearing capacity and ductility of the recycled concrete columns with lepidolite lithium slag were significantly improved.Based on the comparison between Chinese and American concrete structure design codes and Yin Yanliang's calculation formula and test values,the results showed that the calculation formula of Chinese code can be better applicable to the recycled concrete columns with lepidolite lithium slag confined by spiral stirrups.
