摘 要:以矿渣、制革污泥为基础,研究力学性能优良且具备重金属固化效果的制革污泥-矿渣复合地聚合物(TSG)。基于响应面法,开展TSG抗压强度的系列试验,建立强度回归模型,研究激胶比、碱激发模数、水胶比三因素对TSG抗压强度的影响规律,并优选配合比。在此基础上,利用XRD、SEM-EDS、FT-IR测试方法,分析TSG的物相特性、微观形貌与化学键合,探究其复合地聚合物的水化机理及其材料之间的相互作用关系。结果表明:建立基于二次多项式的TSG抗压强度回归模型具有较高的精确度和可信度;当激胶比为21.74%,激发剂模数为1.02,水胶比为0.37时,TSG抗压强度最高,28 d抗压强度可达70 MPa以上;制革污泥中的硫酸盐能促进矿渣解聚,其中重金属铬能够以矿物的形式稳定存在于TSG中,总铬析出浓度仅1 mg/L。该研究可为制革污泥的建材化利用提供支持。Based on slag and tannery sludge,it studied the tannery sludge-slag composite geopolymer(TSG)with excellent mechanical properties and heavy metal curing effect.Based on the response surface method,a series of tests on the compressive strength of TSG were carried out,a strength regression model was established,and the effects of three factors,namely,alkaline activator ratio,alkaline activator modulus and water-cement ratio,on the compressive strength of TSG were studied,and the matching ratio was optimized.On this basis,the physical properties and microscopic morphology of TSG were analyzed by XRD and SEM-EDS tests to investigate the hydration mechanism of its composite geopolymer and the interaction relationship between its materials.The results showed that the regression model of TSG compressive strength based on quadratic polynomial had high accuracy and credibility.The compressive strength of TSG is the highest when the alkaline activator ratio is 21.74%,the modulus of alkaline activator is 1.02 and the water-cement ratio is 0.37,and the 28 d compressive strength can reach more than 70 MPa.The sulfate in tannery sludge could promote the depolymerization of slag,in which the heavy metal chromium could exist stably in the form of minerals.It can support the utilization of tannery sludge for building materials.
