摘 要:陶粒混凝土具有轻质多孔、保温隔热、环保以及吸音降噪等特点,是制作外墙的理想材料。针对陶粒混凝土体积不稳定和收缩变形过大等缺点,通过添加不同掺量的聚丙烯纤维和钢纤维,研究单掺纤维和混掺纤维对陶粒混凝土抗压强度、劈拉强度和收缩性能的影响。结果表明:单掺钢纤维可以提高陶粒混凝土的抗压强度、劈拉强度和收缩性能,收缩率最高降幅33.5%;单掺聚丙烯纤维会降低混凝土的抗压强度,但是能够提高其劈拉强度和降低收缩率,收缩率最高降幅44.2%;混掺钢纤维和聚丙烯纤维降低了陶粒混凝土的抗压强度,提高了陶粒混凝土的劈抗强度和抗收缩率,收缩率最高降幅为55.8%。Ceramsite concrete has the characteristics of light weight and porous,thermal insulation,environmental protection and sound absorption and noise reduction.It is an ideal material for making exterior walls.In view of the shortcomings of ceramsite concrete volume instability and excessive shrinkage deformation,it studies the compressive strength,split tensile strength and shrinkage of ceramsite concrete by adding polypropylene fibers and steel fibers with different dosages.The results show that the compressive strength,splitting tensile strength and shrinkage properties of ceramsite concrete can be improved by the single addition of steel fibers.The compressive strength of the concrete can be reduced by the single addition of polypropylene fibers,but the splitting tensile strength and the shrinkage rate can be increased.The addition of steel fiber and polypropylene fiber reduces the compressive strength of ceramsite concrete and improves the splitting strength and shrinkage resistance of ceramsite concrete.
