摘  要:基于正交试验方法,进行了粉煤灰与矿渣的掺量比、碱掺量、碱复掺比例、水胶比、碱种类5种因素对机械力化学制备单组分地聚物净浆7 d、28 d抗压强度影响试验研究。结果表明:通过对粉煤灰与矿渣的掺量比、碱掺量、碱复掺比例、水胶比、碱种类参数的调整,可以实现对单组分地聚物净浆强度的有效调控,并得到了各参数对强度的影响次序;机械力化学制备单组分地聚物在最优配合比条件下7 d、28 d净浆强度分别达到51.43 MPa、71.48 MPa。研究结果能为单组分地聚物配合比设计及工程应用提供重要的参考依据。Based on the orthogonal test method,an experimental study was conducted to investigate the effects of five factors:fly ash and slag blending ratio,alkali blending amount,alkali compounding ratio,water-cement ratio,and alkali type on the 7 d and 28 d compressive strengths of one-part geopolymer prepared by the mechanochemical.The results show that the strength of one-part geopolymer net slurry can be effectively regulated by adjusting the parameters of fly ash to slag blending ratio,alkali blending amount,alkali compounding ratio,water-cement ratio and alkali type.The order of influence of each parameter on the strength is obtained.Meanwhile,it is shown that the strength of one-part geopolymer prepared by mechanical force chemistry reaches 51.43 MPa at 7 d and 71.48 MPa at 28 d under the optimal ratio.The results of the study can provide an important reference basis for the design and engineering application of one-part geopolymer compound ratio.
