摘 要:为探究机制砂混凝土碳化后对护筋性能影响,以孔隙溶液pH值、钢筋半电池电位和钢筋质量损失率作为评价护筋性能的指标,研究了水灰比、水泥用量和石粉掺量对机制砂混凝土碳化后护筋性能影响。结果表明:当降低水灰比和提高水泥用量时,机制砂混凝土碳化深度减小,孔隙溶液pH值增大,钢筋半电池电位增大,钢筋质量损失率降低,提高了机制砂混凝土碳化后的护筋性能。当石粉掺量在7%以内时,机制砂混凝土碳化深度减小,钢筋半电池电位增大,钢筋质量损失率降低,提高了机制砂混凝土碳化后的护筋性能;当石粉掺量超过7%时,呈现出相反的规律。In order to explore the effect of carbonation of manufactured sand concrete on the performance of reinforcement,the pH value of pore solution,half battery potential of reinforcement and mass loss rate of reinforcement were used as indexes to evaluate the performance of reinforcement.The effects of water cement ratio,cement content and stone powder content on the performance of reinforced concrete after carbonation were studied.The results show that with the decrease of water cement ratio and the increase of cement content,the carbonization depth of manufactured sand concrete decreases,the pH value of pore solution increases,the half battery potential of reinforcement increases,and the mass loss rate of reinforcement decreases,which improves the reinforcement protection performance of manufactured sand concrete after carbonization.When the stone powder content is less than 7%,the carbonization depth of manufactured sand concrete decreases,the half battery potential increases,and the mass loss rate of reinforcement decreases,which improves the reinforcement protection performance of manufactured sand concrete after carbonization.When the stone powder content exceeds 7%,it shows the opposite law.
