摘 要:采用花岗岩石粉取代部分花岗岩机制砂,研究花岗岩石粉取代率对机制砂砂浆孔隙率、吸水率、力学性能以及氯离子传输和固化性能的影响,探讨了花岗岩石粉对机制砂砂浆性能的影响机理,建立了不同花岗岩石粉取代率条件下的相对氯离子扩散系数模型。结果表明:随着花岗岩石粉取代率的增加,机制砂砂浆的孔隙率和吸水率逐渐减小,而力学性能先增大后减小。花岗岩石粉取代花岗岩机制砂降低了机制砂砂浆的总氯离子含量和氯离子扩散系数,增强了机制砂砂浆的氯离子固化能力。The effects of granite powder substitution ratio for granite manufactured sand on porosity,water absorption,mechanical properties,chloride transport and binding properties of manufactured sand mortar were studied.The influencing mechanism of granite powder on the properties of manufactured sand mortar was explored.The relative chloride diffusion coefficient model with different granite powder substitution ratios for granite manufactured sand was established.The results show that with the increase of granite powder substitution ratio,the porosity and water absorption of manufactured sand mortar gradually decrease,while the mechanical strengths increase first and then decrease.The replacement of granite manufactured sand with granite powder reduces the total chloride content and chloride diffusion coefficient of manufactured sand mortar,and enhances the chloride binding ability of manufactured sand mortar.
