摘 要:为研究铁尾矿砂浆孔隙结构与力学性能的关系,对普通砂浆(NSM)、铁尾矿砂浆(NTM)、丙烯酸普通砂浆(ASM)、丙烯酸铁尾矿砂浆(ATM)、玄武岩普通砂浆(BSM)、玄武岩铁尾矿砂浆(BTM)、丙烯酸-玄武岩普通砂浆(ABSM)和丙烯酸-玄武岩铁尾矿砂浆(ABTM)进行抗压强度试验和抗折强度强度试验。采用Rapidair457孔结构分析仪获取砂浆孔结构特征参数,引入轮廓系数和圆度对孔隙面积进行修正,得到3种等效孔隙面积,给出基于等效面积修正的铁尾矿砂浆分形维数与力学性能的关系。结果表明:单掺铁尾矿砂和玄武岩纤维提高了NSM的抗压强度和抗折强度,单掺丙烯酸乳液降低了NSM的抗压强度和抗折强度;单掺丙烯酸乳液和玄武岩纤维降低了NTM的抗压强度和抗折强度;复掺丙烯酸乳液和玄武岩纤维降低了NSM的抗压强度,提高了NSM的抗折强度,降低了NTM的抗压强度和抗折强度。铁尾矿砂、丙烯酸乳液和玄武岩纤维的掺入均会增大砂浆含气量,且含气量与抗压强度和抗折强度均呈负相关。引入轮廓系数和圆度对砂浆孔隙面积进行修正,可提高分形维数计算精度,进而更为准确地表征分形维数与力学性能的关系。基于等效面积3修正的分形维数与抗压强度和抗折强度的相关性最高,说明同时考虑孔隙轮廓系数和圆度更符合孔隙实际情况。To investigate the relationship between pore structure and mechanical properties of iron tailings mortar,normal mortar(NSM),iron tailings mortar(NTM),acrylic emulsion normal mortar(ASM),acrylic emulsion iron tailing mortar(ATM),basalt fibernormal mortar(BSM),basalt fiber iron tailings mortar(BTM),acrylic emulsion-basalt fiber normal mortar(ABSM)and acrylic emulsion-basalt fiber iron tailings mortar(ABTM)were subjected to compressive strength tests and flexural strength tests,and the pore structure characteristic parameters of mortar were obtained by Rapidair 457 pore structure analyzer,the profile coefficient and roundness were introduced to correct the pore area,and three equivalent pore areas were obtained to give the relationship between the fractal dimension and mechanical properties of iron tailings mortar based on the equivalent area correction.Results show that single admixture of iron tailings sand and basalt fiber increase the compressive strength and flexural strength of NSM,single admixture of acrylic emulsion decrease the compressive strength and flexural strength of NSM,single admixture of acrylic emulsion and basalt fiber decrease the compressive strength and flexural strength of NTM,compound admixture of acrylic emulsion and basalt fiber decrease the compressive strength of NSM,increase the flexural strength of NSM and decrease the compressive strength and flexural strength of NTM.The incorporation of iron tailings sand,acrylic emulsion and basalt fiber all increase the air content of mortar,and the air content is negatively correlated with the compressive strength and flexural strength.The introduction of contour coefficient and roundness to correct the pore area of mortar can improve the accuracy of fractal dimension calculation,and then characterize the relationship between fractal dimension and mechanical properties more accurately.The correlation between fractal dimension and compressive strength and flexural strength based on the equivalent area3 correction is the highest,indicating that cons
