摘  要:为了了解一种实心装配式预制梁的抗弯性能,分别对两类4根预制梁进行了静力加载试验。通过对预制梁破坏机理、裂缝特征、梁跨中混凝土应变变化规律、荷载-挠度曲线及延性进行分析,得出两种预制梁的受弯破坏特征大致相似。实心预制梁的极限承载力与对比试件空心预制梁相比提高了17.58%。承载力安全储备增加了11.86%;实心预制梁裂缝数(13条)与对比试件(22条)相比减少了约40.91%。前者的刚度和抗裂性等指标均优于后者。然而,实心预制梁在延性方面却略有下降。主要原因是预制梁在混凝土材料填充实心后,增大了梁上部受压区的有效面积,延缓了被压碎时间,提高了整体刚度并抑制了其变形。研究结果可为实心预制梁进一步科学优化及工程应用提供重要参考。In order to understand the flexural performance of a solid prefabricated beam,static loading test was performed for 4 prefabricated prestressed concrete beams(2 types).Mainly by analyzing the failure mechanism,crack characteristics,strain variation rule of concrete in the span beam,flexural bearing capacity and ductility of the precast beam.It was concluded that the bending failure characteristics of 2 kinds of prefabricated prestressed concrete beams were roughly similar.Extreme bearing capacity of solid prefabricated prestressed concrete beams were increased by 17.58%compared with that of a hollow prefabricated prestressed concrete beams.The safety reserve of bearing capacity increased by 11.86%.The number of cracks in solid prefabricated prestressed concrete beams(13 pieces)was reduced by about 40.91%compared with that in contrast specimens(22 pieces).The stiffness and crack resistance of the former is better than the latter.However,the ductility of solid precast beams decreases slightly,which resulted from the fact that the effective area of the upper compression zone of the prefabricated prestressed concrete beam was enlarged,the crushing time was delayed,the overall stiffness was improved and its deformation was suppressed after the solid prefabricated prestressed concrete beam filled with concrete material.The research results can provide important reference for further scientific optimization and engineering application of solid prefabricated prestressed concrete beams.
