摘　　要：2023年3月25日,“中国区域经济50人论坛”以“深入实施区域重大战略促进成渝地区双城经济圈高质量发展”为主题开展第24次专题研讨会。与会专家深入分析成渝地区双城经济圈的地理区位、战略地位和功能定位,结合当地发展实际,指出了双城经济圈建设面临的痛点和难点,结合国内国际形势的变化,为成渝地区双城经济圈建设提供诸多发展建议。专家认为,成渝地区双城经济圈必须把握发展机遇,进一步提升我国内陆地区的枢纽地位,通过顶层设计和技术创新,促进区域协调发展和城乡融合发展,优化城镇体系,改善营商环境,将成渝地区双城经济圈打造成为我国西部重要的战略科创高地、中国经济“第四极”和中国新发展格局的重要动力源。On March 25th, 2023, the China Regional Economic Forum of 50 people held the 24th symposium on the theme of “Thoroughly Implement the Major Regional Strategies and Promote the High-quality Development of Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle”.Experts attending the meeting deeply analyzed the important geographical location, strategic position and policy advantages of Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle, pointed out the pain points and difficulties of Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle are facing, and provided many development suggestions based on the situation at home and abroad.Experts believed that the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle must seize the development opportunity, further enhance its position as the hub of China s inland region, promote the integration of urban and rural development, optimize the urban structure and improve the economic development environment through top-level design and technological changes, so as to make Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle become an important impulse in building an important science and technology high-land in Western China, the fourth pole of China s economy,and China s new development paradigm.
